VoiceCast / Privacy
Your information,
handled with care.
This page explains the information used to operate VoiceCast. Your service agreement and your organisation’s privacy information may provide additional details for your workspace.
Who to contact
VoiceCast is provided by CloudAware, The Hague, The Netherlands. For questions about your account or personal information, email voicecast@cloudaware.eu. If you received a call, contact the organisation responsible for that call; it determines the purpose of the communication and the recipient list.
Information used by the service
Depending on the features you use, VoiceCast processes account and profile details, telephone numbers, caller IDs, callflow settings, message text, uploaded audio, scheduled calls, call outcomes and technical logs. Keypad responses and other interaction data may be processed when configured in a callflow. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in messages and recordings.
Why information is processed
This information is used to authenticate users, operate workspaces, deliver communications, show call results, investigate technical problems and protect the service. The organisation responsible for a communication must identify an appropriate basis for using recipient information and provide any required notices.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, VoiceCast uses identity information returned by that provider to authenticate and link your account. This can include your account identifier, email address and profile information. Where the provider supplies verified confirmation of multi-factor authentication, VoiceCast can use it during sign-in. Your Google or Microsoft password is not provided to VoiceCast.
Cookies and browser storage
VoiceCast uses a session cookie to maintain sign-in and security state. Application features may also store interface preferences in your browser. These public pages do not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or assets loaded from external CDNs.
Service providers
Delivering calls may involve hosting and telephony providers. When text-to-speech is used, message text is sent to the configured speech provider. Optional Google and Microsoft sign-in involves those providers. The applicable provider arrangements, processing locations and any international transfer safeguards should be confirmed with your workspace provider.
Retention and access
Retention depends on the data type, workspace configuration and applicable service agreement. Ask your workspace provider about the retention periods and deletion process that apply to your data, including logs and backups. Access to application features requires authentication and is subject to the permissions and configuration of the service.
Your privacy requests
Contact the organisation responsible for your information to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on the applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Requests may require identity verification.
Changes to this information
This page may be updated as the service and its features change. Consult your service agreement for any additional notice arrangements.
