VoiceCast / Terms & conditions
Clear expectations.
Better communication.
VoiceCast is provided by CloudAware, The Hague, The Netherlands. These terms describe the use of VoiceCast. Your service agreement sets out your commercial arrangements. If it conflicts with this page, that agreement takes precedence, subject to applicable law.
1. The service
VoiceCast provides tools for outbound voice communication, callflows, scheduling and integrations. Available features depend on your workspace and service agreement. Access to a workspace does not grant permission to access other customers’ data or accounts.
2. Your account
Keep your account details accurate and protect passwords, API keys and authentication factors. Only give access to authorised users. Notify your service provider promptly if you suspect unauthorised use and revoke affected credentials where possible.
3. Responsible communication
You are responsible for the recipients you contact, the messages you send and the timing of your communications. Obtain required permissions and respect applicable rules for automated calls, marketing, privacy, recording and opt-out requests. Do not use VoiceCast for fraud, harassment, unlawful impersonation, unsolicited communications prohibited by law or misleading caller identification.
4. Your content and data
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You must have the necessary rights to use and process telephone numbers, text, recordings and other uploaded material. You authorise processing of that material to deliver the service in accordance with your agreement. Avoid submitting data that is unnecessary for the intended communication.
5. Delivery and integrations
Call outcomes depend on networks, recipients, service providers and your configuration. A queued or completed operation does not necessarily mean a person answered, understood or acted on a message. Test callflows and integrations before relying on them. Maintain appropriate alternative contact procedures for urgent situations; VoiceCast is not a replacement for emergency services.
6. Charges and availability
Pricing, usage charges, payment terms, support and any availability commitments are defined in your service agreement. Calls and third-party services may incur charges under that agreement. This page does not create an additional uptime or delivery guarantee.
7. Security and misuse
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or access information without authorisation. Report security concerns to your service provider. Access may be restricted in accordance with your agreement and applicable law to address misuse or security incidents.
8. Privacy
Use of personal information is described on our privacy page and in any applicable data processing agreement. You remain responsible for the recipient information and communication purposes you determine.
9. Ending the service and liability
Cancellation, suspension, data export or deletion, liability and dispute arrangements are governed by your service agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
